The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), through its General Treasury Directorate (DGTP), continues today with the payment of July salaries to public servants across the country’s ministries, autonomous agencies, and decentralised entities. This disbursement covers all employees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEC) and public university personnel, forming part of the regular monthly payroll obligations. The Treasuryutilises funds allocated under the state’s financial plan to meet these payroll commitments, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining operational continuity within public services. The release of funds underscores the government’s commitment to timely remuneration of civil servants, which is essential for sustaining public administration functions and upholding the welfare of employees. The payment process follows strict accounting procedures, with each transaction tracked through the State Treasury’s transfer request system to guarantee transparency and auditability. This action reflects broader fiscal policies aimed at stabilising public sector employment conditions and supporting the national economy through consistent wage distribution.
