Transition to electronic invoicing will be even more accessible for public administration and large enterprises (06.07.2026)

The Financial Administration highlighted recent expansions of the network of certified electronic invoicing service providers, known as ‘digitálni poštári’. As of the end of June 2026, 44 providers have obtained certification, and an additional 10 are currently undergoing the accreditation process. This growth makes it considerably easier for public sector entities and large private companies to adopt electronic invoicing, as they can select from a broader pool of qualified services that meet legal standards. The initiative supports the broader goal of modernising economic processes and facilitating digital transformation across the public sector. The Administration explains that electronic invoicing reduces manual errors, accelerates payment cycles, and improves auditability of financial transactions. It also emphasizes that the enlarged network will help reduce administrative burdens and lower costs associated with paper‑based invoicing. Companies are encouraged to transition to certified platforms to benefit from these efficiencies and to ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory requirements.
