Unavailability of production environment IS NOP (QR payments) – 10.07.2026

On 10 July 2026, the production environment of the Information System for Immediate Payments (IS NOP) will be temporarily unavailable from 05:00 to 05:30. This short‑term outage is required for scheduled maintenance and system upgrades aimed at improving stability and security. During this period, all QR‑code payment transactions will be paused, which may cause brief delays for merchants and users. The Administration advises businesses to plan their operations accordingly, avoid scheduling critical payment processing during the outage window, and to communicate the expected downtime to customers in advance. It also recommends that they ensure backup systems or alternative payment methods are ready to handle any urgent transactions. The notice includes contact information for technical support and a link to a dedicated page with detailed instructions on how to prepare for the maintenance. By providing clear guidance, the Administration aims to minimise the impact on financial operations and ensure a smooth transition once the system is restored.
